A platform that allows users to create and customize their own jeans. It's an on-going project with different phases for more than 2 years over a scale of million units.
We've developed both IN-STORE KIOSK and RESPONSIVE SITE WITH CHECKOUT on Taobao and YohoBuy for jeans customization. To increase social engagement, we've also curated an ONLINE COMMUNITY WITH MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM. It provides a complete and unique brand journey with constant brand activities to sustain consumer interest and cultivate community. The denim lover can exchange/share their profile and collection. Both jeans customization and online community are supported by an ADMIN PANEL that was built in-house.
In addition, Lee Create membership is INTEGRATED WITH IN-STORE CRM and MIGRATED with brand site after a year launch.
As a project-lead for the Lee Create in TBWA\, I oversaw the projects throughout all stages from briefing to launch in different phases and the brand sit migration, including SOW, IA planning, UX development, assets management, technical documentation, liaison with clients and vendors, reporting and optimizations.
I was invited post-launch as a freelance project consultant to perform reviews on technical documents and provide consultation and advising solutions during the site HANDOVER period to another agency.
